STT-NWA currently has a STORAGE UNIT busting at the seams with care package supplies. However, the SHIPPING FUNDS needed to ship these supplies has simply not come in. We are in very serious need for monetary donations to help cover the shipping costs. Our estimates show we will need to raise some $12,000 to cover these shipments.

Salute To Our Veterans
We here at STT-NWA want ALL of our country's veterans to know we appreciate them. So, we are asking our website visitors to send us a picture of, and information about veterans who are in their lives. We have received some 110+ responses so far, and we encourage all of you to continue sending them in. If you cannot email a picture and have to send it vial US Mail and want the picture back, PLEASE include a self-addressed, stamped envelope when you mail the picture to us. 5th Annual Support The Troops - NWA Christmas 2007 Care Package Drive
STT-NWA's 5th Annual Christmas Care Package Drive has officially come to a close. Once again, the public support here in Northwest Arkansas was simply amazing. We shipped 560 cases of care packages, totaling 3,510 pounds. That was just shy of 2 TONS of Christmas Care Packages. All care packages were shipped to our troops on December 14th, and reached our soldiers on or about December 24th.
KHOG/KHBS ABC 40/29 Goes to Iraq To Visit Local Soldiers
Once again, KHBS/KHOG, ABC 40/29 TV has done something that no other Northwest Arkansas Television Station has done. With Cameras in tow, 40/29 News went into Iraq to visit local National Guard soldiers serving in Iraq. 40/29 News took all the footage they were able to get and put together a 5-part Special Series entitiled "Arkansas's Heroes in Iraq" and aired the series in late November.
